## Source access for companies and public-sector research

Original software your team can inspect, adapt, and build on.

Prepared September 19, 2026. This is a capability overview, not a certification
or a statement of government contract eligibility.

### Offer

Membership provides eligible source releases across 18 projects, including Yeho
(programming language and native UI), Yodi (AI research framework), DynaCapDB
(database and memory), Dolphin (game and creation engine), DataChat, and creative
tools. Each project has its own readiness and platform boundaries.

### Evaluation starting points

- **AI-to-SQL:** DataChat has a demonstrated Claude-to-SQL Server workflow.
Evaluate generated queries, expected answers, permissions, and execution
controls. Other adapters and offline deployment need separate proof.
- **Access-controlled AI memory:** Yodi's bounded fixture applies owner, scope,
and expiry checks before scoring. A separate DynaCapDB integration checks
durable restart. These are narrow proofs, not production security at scale.
- **Native software development:** Study Yeho's source and public examples.
Check the exact compiler, package, platform, and release prerequisites for
  your chosen project.

### Licensing

Knight covers eligible stable-source internal and commercial work. King adds
explicit government/public-sector permission and eligible early-release
channels. Organization pools assign source-user seats. Permitted compiled
products are royalty-free under the governing license. Private source remains
private; the lab retains its pre-existing IP and you retain your original work.

Ordinary cancellation preserves licensed use of received versions. Active
access is needed for new downloads and re-downloads. Third-party terms apply
to third-party components. Standard membership does not promise a support
response time or custom engineering.

Include your organization, intended use, relevant project, target environment,
approximate number of source users, and requirements your team needs to review.
Use a non-sensitive summary; do not send classified or regulated data through
the public form. Any required procurement, security, accessibility, or other
approvals need separate confirmation.
