DrawYuiPresentedLinearImageRegionV1

Production cache-first entry point for the legacy native-nearest bridge. Exact tint, opacity, destination composition, and filtering are already baked into the prepared opaque texels, so the native draw remains white and fully opaque and cannot accidentally blend the result a second time.
