PlanYuiPresentedLinearImageRegionV1

Cache-first plan for a color-presented region. Native cache identity is the exact decoded content identity, while the compact resource id contains every output-affecting presentation and geometry field. Together with generation, the native tuple is collision-free across the admitted bounded values. The full renderer-neutral dependency identity remains available for retained/UI invalidation and changes even when two dependencies happen to yield the same output bytes.
