PresentYuiCanvasFlatDisplayList

Allocation-free hot path for an already-validated opaque direct-window display list containing identity-space clear/rect/roundedRect/text/glyph and immutable whole-source image primitives. Product frame loops validate once when they build composition, then use this path without rebuilding general transform, clip, sampling-policy, or telemetry state.
