PresentGraphicsImagePreparedLinearPixelUncheckedV1

Deliberately validation-free pixel kernel. Its preconditions are established by BindGraphicsImagePresentationColorRegionV1 and the prepared sampling binding. This function performs only integer arithmetic, prepared LUT reads, and construction of the final RGBA8 value.
