This is the explicit, narrow permission for the free Yeho Starter Pack. It applies only to the files delivered inside that pack.
The whole deal
One person may learn, evaluate, experiment, compile, run, and privately modify the included examples.
You may show and share your own compiled non-commercial demonstrations, provided they are not a substitute for the Starter Pack or its tools.
What you may do
Use the included Yeho compiler, toolchain, documentation, and example source for personal learning, evaluation, and experimentation. Modify the examples privately. Compile and run your work. Share your own compiled non-commercial demonstration when it does not expose or replace the Starter Pack.
Keep the pack together and private
Do not publish, upload, sell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the Starter Pack, its archive, the Yeho compiler or toolchain, included Yeho packages, source-equivalent copies, or access links. Commercial, organizational, production, government, and public-sector use requires an eligible Demon Hunter Labs membership or a separate written agreement.
Ownership and third-party parts
You own the original ideas, code, art, and content you create. Demon Hunter Labs and its contributors keep ownership of Yeho, YUI, the Starter Pack, and their existing technology. Third-party components keep their own licenses. Their notices inside the pack control those components.
Evolving software
The Starter Pack is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Test your work before relying on it.
