Plain-language agreement
Terms of Service.
Last updated August 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Demon Hunter Labs website, membership features, community, and downloads. A specific source license, checkout term, proposal, or signed agreement may add to these terms and controls for that specific product or engagement if there is a conflict.
The short version
Use the tools to build. Respect the people, systems, source, and agreements around them.
We want these systems in the hands of serious builders. Membership opens the access described for the selected tier. It does not erase intellectual-property, security, community, or licensing boundaries.
Using the service
You must provide accurate information, use a Google account or email inbox you are authorized to control, and comply with applicable law. If you are not old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must agree for you. You are responsible for activity performed through your verified sign-in and for protecting access to that account or inbox.
Membership and billing
Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown before checkout. Your selected tier determines eligible documentation, community participation, release channels, and licensing path. Taxes may be added where required.
You can manage or cancel through the Stripe customer portal linked from your account. Access depends on the current server-side subscription status. Files already downloaded remain on your machine, while new downloads and re-downloads require active access. Checkout disclosures and applicable law govern cancellations, refunds, and billing corrections.
Monero donations are voluntary support and do not create, renew, or upgrade membership. Membership billing remains a separate Stripe checkout. XMR transfers are normally irreversible, so confirm the public receive address and amount in your wallet before sending. Applicable law still controls required corrections or refunds.
Source releases and intellectual property
Your membership grants access, not ownership of Demon Hunter Labs or its portfolio. Each downloaded project remains subject to the license supplied with that release or a separate written agreement. Do not redistribute private source, credentials, member-only documentation, or release links unless the controlling license expressly permits it.
Names, marks, artwork, documentation, website content, and systems remain owned by their respective owners. Feedback is welcome. You allow us to use feedback without an obligation to pay for it, but you retain ownership of your inventions and materials.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, harm people, bypass membership or download controls, probe accounts you do not own, disrupt infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape private material, impersonate others, or violate another person's rights. Responsible security reports sent privately are welcome.
Community content
The forum is publicly readable. Active members may post under the community rules: debates are welcome, and every person must be treated with care and respect. You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it. Do not post secrets, personal information you do not want public, or material that violates another person's rights.
You keep ownership of your posts and grant Demon Hunter Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, format, copy, and moderate them only as needed to operate and promote the community. We may hide, restore, move, lock, or remove access to content or accounts to enforce these terms and protect the service.
Project maturity and availability
The catalog includes working software, evolving releases, experimental capabilities, and clearly labeled North Stars or Coming Soon projects. Evidence and current boundaries on the site are part of the product description. We may improve, replace, pause, or discontinue features and release channels, but we do not retroactively remove files you already downloaded.
Custom work and classes
Contact forms start a conversation, not a binding project, partnership, investment, acquisition, or class booking. Scope, price, ownership, acceptance, confidentiality, support, and delivery terms for custom work or teaching are established in a separate written agreement.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service and evolving software are provided on an "as available" basis except where a specific written agreement says otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Demon Hunter Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the general website or membership service.
Some places do not allow particular warranty exclusions or liability limits, so those limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or end access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel a paid membership through the customer portal. We may update these terms as the service changes and will revise the date above when we do.
