Collaborative VR invention blueprint

Prototype

North star / never-ending improvement

Walk into an idea with your friends and build it while you talk.

A documentation-stage VR invention studio, built with Dolphin and Yeho, where friends can sketch, shape, connect, simulate, and export ideas together in one real-time spatial workspace.

  • Whiteboard in open space with hands, voice, notes, shapes, and AI.
  • Turn rough marks into physics, behavior, sound, and interactive prototypes.
  • Rewind who changed what; reconnect without losing the room.
Current truth

Prototype currently contains product and engineering documents only. Dolphin does not yet provide the VR, authoring, rendering, persistence, or networking runtime it requires, so Prototype has no Yeho manifest, application source, or supported headset build.

16 connected chapters

Every subsystem has a door.

01

Core promise

A shared invention space, not a VR drawing board

conversation -> visible idea
02

Progressive power

Tools appear as the idea becomes structured

mark -> object -> system
03

VR interface

Grab, point, draw, and demonstrate directly

pose -> intent -> object
04

Canonical model

One room holds one durable, typed workspace

typed room state
05

Durable collaboration

Every lasting change is a replayable operation

predict -> order -> confirm
06

Ephemeral collaboration

Live bodies move faster than project history

fast presence / durable work
07

Realtime session

Join, reconnect, and continue from anywhere

checkpoint + operation tail
08

Undo + authorship

Undo one action without erasing another person

operation + inverse + author
09

Spatial craft

A small set of actions composes into broad invention

few tools, many inventions
10

Interactive ideas

Connect objects, add rules, and try the invention together

relationship -> rule -> shared test
11

Engine dependency

Prototype drives concrete Dolphin capabilities

Prototype requires Dolphin
12

First executable

The first proof is one persistent spatial mark

input -> command -> persistent stroke
13

Network evidence

The room advances through seven observable proofs

two clients -> same workspace
14

Useful outcome

Ideas leave the room in forms people can use

shared room -> useful artifact
15

Current boundary

The blueprint waits for executable engine foundations

documents now / executable later
16

Product gates

Whiteboard first, invention system second

mark -> room -> invention
